Yes, we do have bench seating available, however, if you would like to be more comfortable, you are welcome to bring in your own chair, however we suggest you arrive early to ensure that we will have space for your chair. No, we do not allow food/drink to enter the venue. We do have both food/drink available inside the venue including alcohol and nonalcoholic choices.
Unfortunately, from June through August our cabins are occupied by the campers for New England Music Camp! For your reference our cabins are able to be rented out from mid-May to early June and then once again in September to about mid-October! Yes, anyone who attends the event, is standing or in a stroller needs to purchase a ticket regardless of age. If a baby is under the age of one and will be carried by an adult the entire time, they do not need a ticket.
Strollers are allowed into Snow Pond Center for the Arts for performances. They will be searched and cannot be left in an aisle or walkway.

A: Fans arriving to our venues must-have bags that are in compliance with the bag policy. Bags that are not in compliance will not be stored and must be returned to the patron’s vehicle. A description of the style and size of the bags that will be allowed is as follows. Bags that are 12x6x12 inches or under are allowed. Anything over this allotted size will not be permitted.
Our number one goal is to make sure everyone is safe and has a good time. All bags will be searched. If you have a valid reason to need to bring a bigger bag into the venue please email Dylan Abbot at , he will be happy to help you with your request.
A: For the safety of all our patrons, we do not allow animals/pets at Snow Pond Center for the Arts during performance events, with the exception of a service animal such as a guide dog. The ADA defines a service animal as any guide dog, signal dog, or other animal individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability.
A: All guests will be required to show a valid photo ID, proving that they are 21 or older, to purchase alcohol. Guests are not permitted to: bring alcoholic beverages in from outside, drink in the parking lot, and guests may not leave with alcohol that was purchased inside the venue. Management reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest. Venue staff is trained in responsible alcohol service management. Alcohol is served at all concerts and events unless stated otherwise.
All bottle caps will be removed from all bottles sold inside the venue. Coolers are not permitted inside the venue and food and outside food and beverages, including water, are not permitted in the concert venue.

A: For most events, small point & shoot cameras will be permitted. You must refrain from using a flash during performances. Taking photos with flash during events is distracting not only to the performers but to your fellow patrons as well. Video cameras/recorders are strictly prohibited unless hired by Snow Pond Center for the Arts or the Artist. This policy will be strictly enforced.
